PNC is seeking a Personal Banker to join its retail banking team in Athens, Alabama. The role focuses on acquiring and deepening the customer base through proactive sales and service activities, delivering a full PNC conversation to identify suitable financial solutions.

You will collaborate with ecosystem partners to expand the customer wallet share and drive loyalty while educating customers on digital tools and services.

Formación

• Associates degree or equivalent plus related experience.
• Experience in retail banking or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations with a defined sales process, including outbound calls and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Adhere to policies and procedures to manage risk and avoid loss.
