Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing for a growing client base. You will handle scheduled and off-cycle payrolls, enter changes, calculate payroll, and verify data accuracy.

You will respond to client inquiries, partner with Payroll Supervisors on projects, and build strong relationships with team members and clients while staying current with payroll best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; payroll experience preferred.
• Strong time management and attention to detail to ensure accurate payrolls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.
• Import or enter payroll changes, calculate payroll, and ensure data accuracy.
• Respond to client inquiries and collaborate with Payroll Supervisors on projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with team members and clients.
• Attend training to stay up to date with payroll best practices.
