Job summary

FISH Window Cleaning in Edina, MN, is seeking an organized, dependable Office & Customer Support Assistant to help with day-to-day office operations, customer communication, sales follow-up, and administrative support.

This role focuses on supporting the office and management team while assisting with customer follow-up, scheduling, and light outbound outreach to generate and retain business.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, check voicemail, and assist customers with routine questions.
• Enter and update customer, estimate, and job information in our system.
• Follow up with customers on open estimates and help move opportunities toward scheduling.
• Contact past and recurring customers with seasonal service reminders.
• Make occasional outbound calls to prospective commercial customers and help identify appropriate contacts.
• Assist with email outreach to residential and commercial customers.
• Help maintain organized and accurate customer and job records.
• Assist with scheduling and general office communication as needed.
• Research customer, business, or facility contact information when needed.
• Occasionally assist with simple residential or commercial estimates after training.
• Support recruiting, marketing, job postings, and other office projects as needed.
