Job summary

Mullins Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects and ensure successful on-time delivery. The role involves coordinating documentation, budgets, schedules, permits, and subcontractors across project sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building science or construction management, proficiency with MS Office and construction management software, and proven leadership skills to drive projects to completion while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Building Science, Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
• PMP/ CCM or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience managing budgets for construction projects is required.
• Knowledge of construction materials and equipment is essential.
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation.
• Lead hand-off meetings and gather critical information before construction.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost codes.
• Obtain permits and finalize Schedule of Values for owner billing.
• Manage subcontractors and procurement processes.
• Prepare and submit monthly project billing and invoices.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity on the jobsite.
• Collaborate with PMs and Superintendents to meet project schedules.
