Job summary

Mullins Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive construction projects from initiation to completion. You will develop and manage all project documentation, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor agreements, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting expertise, and knowledge of construction materials and safety standards. The position reports to the project team and involves coordinating with HR for onboarding.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
• OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR Training.
• Extensive experience budgeting construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
• Strong leadership experience and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation.
• Schedule and lead project hand-off meetings to gather critical information.
• Prepare construction budgets and cost budgets; verify cost code accuracy.
• Obtain permits and finalize Schedule of Values for owner billing.
• Build and manage the project schedule with field supervisors.
• Ensure project profitability by tracking costs and reporting monthly.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and manage changes in scope.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity on the jobsite.
