Mullins Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects on a project-location basis. The role emphasizes client focus, safety, quality, and profitability.

You will lead documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA in a related field, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and construction management software.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management or related field is required or strongly preferred.
• PMP, CCM or equivalent certification would be an asset.
• Design/Build experience is a plus.
• OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR Training are desirable.
• Extensive experience managing budgets for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and construction management software.
• Understanding of contract and subcontract documents, terms and conditions.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation.
• Schedule and lead hand-off meetings and ensure key information is gathered.
• Prepare budgets by studying plans, estimating costs, and creating cost codes.
• Obtain permits and finalize Schedule of Values for owner billing.
• Build and manage project schedules with field supervisors.
• Prepare and review subcontracts and purchase orders; negotiate terms.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure project profitability through tracking costs and reporting variances.
• Collect and organize submittals and product samples for approval.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on project sites.
