Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest is seeking an Account Manager on our Select team to ensure successful service delivery for clients. You will build strong relationships, understand client needs, negotiate coverage, and manage proposals and renewals.

You will also maintain accurate client data and foster a collaborative service experience. The role requires strong communication, organization, and attention to detail to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance at an agency or related company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to service customers
• Being a self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in project tasks
• Ability to interpret complex insurance documents and proposals
• Reviewing and presenting renewal proposals to clients
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Agency Management Systems
• Experience managing the full marketing process and negotiating contracts
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment
