Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest is seeking an Account Manager on our Select team to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients by creating and implementing customized service plans. You will build strong client relationships, negotiate coverage, and manage proposals and renewals while maintaining accurate client information.

We value 3+ years of commercial Property & Casualty experience, excellent communication, and the ability to interpret complex documents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial Property & Casualty insurance in an agency or related company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to service customers.
• Self-starter, highly organized with good time management to meet deadlines.
• Ability to interpret complex insurance documents and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement customized service plans for clients.
• Build strong relationships and manage proposals and renewals.
• Maintain accurate client information and coordinate servicing.
• Review and present renewal proposals to clients in various formats.
