Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services seeks an Associate Agent to support Producers, service client accounts, and guide coverage through quoting to renewal. You will nurture relationships, manage the policy lifecycle, and identify coverage gaps while coordinating with carriers to deliver timely, accurate solutions.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and professional, confidential client service in a fast-paced setting with a strong emphasis on teamwork and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• 3–5 years in sales/account management/customer service in insurance.
• Proficiency with agency management systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, delivering responsive service and strengthening client relationships.
• Manage the full policy lifecycle: quoting, binding, endorsements, renewals, and updates for continuity of coverage.
• Identify client needs, gaps in coverage, and propose insurance solutions to reduce risk.
• Coordinate with carriers/underwriters to resolve policy, billing, and coverage questions.
• Prepare renewal applications and proposals to support timely processing.
• Monitor renewal activity and new business opportunities to maintain coverage.
• Assist with claims reporting and follow-up to support positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate agency records and CRM data.
