Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager for a remote, full-time role. You will service a personal lines book, navigate carrier platforms and EPIC, and ensure timely, accurate coverage and documentation for clients.

Ideal candidates have PA P&C license, 2+ years in personal lines, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with partners to support retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.
• 2+ years of personal lines experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products, coverages, rating practices, and carrier procedures.
• Experience using carrier platforms and EPIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts with responsive client support.
• Review new business and renewal policies for accuracy and coordinate corrections.
• Process endorsements, billing inquiries, and service transactions with precision.
• Build relationships with clients, carriers, and colleagues to support retention.
• Market new and renewal business by evaluating carrier options and coverage solutions.
• Guide clients through claim-related questions and connect them with carrier resources.
