Randstad USA in Massachusetts is seeking an Associate Program Manager to help lead account teams that serve as on-site extensions of our clients' HR functions. You will oversee operations, manage P&L, and execute strategies to sustain and grow RCS business while ensuring clients receive high-quality, cost-effective service.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate at all client levels.
• Ability to resolve complex client situations and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of building partnerships and delivering customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment Strategy (20%): Deliver recruiting plans to maintain a talent pipeline.
• Candidate Selection (20%): Screen and select candidates based on job profiles.
• Client Relationship Management (20%): Meet with key client contacts to assess needs and growth opportunities.
• VMS & Compliance (15%): Use VMS to manage the PMO, vet suppliers, ensure scorecard compliance.
• Revenue Growth (10%): Identify new revenue streams with innovative solutions.
• Operational Excellence (15%): Ensure compliance for unemployment, screenings, safety, payroll, and I-9s, achieving 100% fulfillment.
