Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch environment.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them accordingly.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, resolve issues, uphold policies.
• Introduce clients to the team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Encourage self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
