Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to the appropriate services.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support ongoing loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
