Qualifications

• 3+ years selling products/services in incentive-based environment.
• 12+ months in retail banking sales or consultative relationship sales.
• 12+ months Santander experience in essential functions (or endorsement of performance).
• 12+ months customer service in high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed branch sales targets through cross-selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prospect for new clients via networking, referrals, lead calling, and community engagement.
• Ensure an elevated, personalized customer experience with swift issue resolution.
• Communicate clearly with customers in-person, by phone, or digitally.
• Support branch goals and collaborate with team to drive performance.
