Job summary

Santander Consumer USA Inc. is seeking a Relationship Banker to act as a trusted advisor, building strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding customers' financial needs and goals.

You’ll provide tailored solutions across banking, lending, and investment products while delivering exceptional service and driving branch sales targets. You will proactively engage customers, identify opportunities, resolve issues, and educate them on digital banking tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or demonstrated through experience.
• 3+ years in retail banking sales or equivalent incentive-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by cross-selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calls, and community engagement.
• Meet customers’ transactional, servicing, and product needs while delivering excellent service.
• Collaborate with team and partners to achieve branch goals and drive performance.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and ensure compliance with regulations.
