Qualifications

• 12+ Months Experience selling products and/or services.
• 6+ Months Experience in Retail Banking sales or consultative relationship sales.
• 6+ Months Experience with Santander-related essential functions.
• 6+ Months Customer service experience in high-volume environment.
• 6+ Months Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer financial needs through transactions, servicing, and product recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to grow banking relationships through branch activities and referrals.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to understand financial needs.
• Collaborate with team to achieve branch goals and drive performance.
• Ensure accurate teller transactions and cash drawer balances.
• Support audits, custodianship, and other operational tasks.
• Adhere to risk, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements.
