Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and tailor product features to needs
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while complying with risk and regulatory obligations
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent; licenses required within 180 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service, creating a welcoming environment
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs)
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult with clients about banking solutions
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
