Qualifications

• Ability to comply with risk, regulatory, and training requirements.
• Strong client-focused service mindset and ability to resolve issues with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to deepen relationships and tailor financial solutions.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs; educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with the team of experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
