Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand in our Albany branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, delivering thoughtful financial solutions with a focus on hospitality and trust.

The role requires working weekends/evenings and completing required regulatory training. The candidate should have sales experience in retail banking and strong communication skills, with licensing completed within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63 if required) and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire via JPMorganChase licensing program.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust while guiding clients to suitable products and services.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient banking.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
