You will support sales through outbound calls, engage in IRM activities, and participate in branch leadership routines, with strong emphasis on compliance, product knowledge, and flexible hours including some weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours with potential travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service options.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and referring opportunities to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and update on policy changes.
• Serve as a secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
