The role emphasizes outbound client outreach, cross-training to support sales, and adherence to risk controls. Regular shifts and strong interpersonal skills are essential for serving both consumer and business clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound calls and needs-based referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
