Job summary

TD is seeking a customer service-focused associate at our New York location to greet clients, handle everyday banking tasks with accuracy, and guide customers through TD’s products and services. You will work as a hospitality ambassador, ensuring a high-touch client experience while maintaining regulatory standards.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Notary license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients; volunteering, education or military experience count.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients and hospitality ambassador for the location.
• Process everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify client needs and refer to appropriate partners to reach financial goals.
