Job summary

TD Westhampton Beach is hiring for a client-focused banking associate to deliver everyday banking and consumer product support with accuracy and empathy. You will greet clients, handle transactions, open/maintain accounts, and connect customers to specialists while adhering to TD’s risk and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled, in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; notary license preferred.
• 1+ years in client-facing roles; cashier or teller experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing flow and inquiries.
• Perform everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate clients on products and services while referring to specialists as needed.
• Balance risk and regulatory compliance in all interactions.
• Support customers with account opening/maintenance and digital tools.
