Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of client-facing experience or similar role.
• Cash handling or teller experience is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact and guide client flow in the branch.
• Deliver accurate, high-touch everyday banking with care and professionalism.
• Educate clients on products and digital tools and refer to specialists when needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and risk controls in all interactions.
