Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through the branch workflow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and assist with opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions with branch teammates.
