Chase in Kansas is seeking an Associate Banker to greet clients, deliver attentive service, and embody our brand with hospitality. You will help clients open accounts and use Chase Mobile App and ATMs to complete everyday banking tasks.

You will build trusted relationships, learn products quickly, and collaborate with branch teammates to reach clients’ financial goals. The role emphasizes compliance, cash handling, and delivering a seamless, human-centered banking experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service or banking is preferred.
• Ability to greet clients and provide attentive, welcoming service.
• Ability to learn products quickly and convey information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations with account servicing, maintenance, and new accounts while adhering to policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to meet financial goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in compliance with policies.
