• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships through active listening, empathy, and cross-team collaboration to help clients reach financial goals.
• Handle branch operations tasks including cash devices in compliance with bank procedures.
