Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and assisting with check-in and waiting queue management.
• Assist with account openings and servicing while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com).
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and support cash handling while following bank procedures.
