Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices handling while adhering to bank policies.
