Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and banking requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with team members.
• Handle branch operations and cash activities in line with bank policies.
