Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by account servicing, maintenance and opening new accounts in line with policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
