Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in California invites an Associate Banker to welcome clients and deliver personalized service in our branch. You will help clients achieve their financial goals by sharing product knowledge and guiding them through everyday banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.

You will build trusted relationships with clients, listen carefully, ask questions, and collaborate with the branch team to provide seamless service and thoughtful solutions while adhering to bank policies

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service channels.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product solutions.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and ATM tasks following policies.
