Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker for our branch in California. You will welcome clients, provide thoughtful financial solutions, and guide them using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.

You’ll work to understand needs, build relationships, and connect customers with specialists for complex financial needs. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and compliance, with weekend/evening hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to tailor features and benefits of products to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training, including regulatory obligations.
• High school degree or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations by delivering attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to help clients and build trust by listening and asking questions.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and over the phone to tailor product and service recommendations and build relationships.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult clients and connect them with experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
