Truist Financial Corporation in the United States seeks a customer-focused teller to handle transactions accurately and build client trust. You will guide clients through digital banking and support outbound outreach while maintaining records and compliance.

We value strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency, and flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed in Regular, on-site shifts. This role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and adherence to policy and risk controls.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work weekends.

Mansioni

• Provide a distinctive client experience with accurate, thorough handling of all monies.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound calls and identify client needs for branch referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Truist solutions for clients.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Maintain internal controls and stay updated on policies and procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution as needed.
