Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is actively seeking a Relationship Banking Representative to deliver a customer-centric banking experience across teller and desk tasks.

You will educate customers on products, digital tools, and services while maintaining accurate transaction processing and security compliance. The role emphasizes consultative conversations, building trust, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and advance customer well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Internal product knowledge, teller, and platform training preferred.
• Ability to attend a 5–7-day initial training program, which may involve overnight travel; travel expenses covered.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in the lobby and on the teller line.
• Open new accounts, close accounts, initiate wire transfers, and assist with service requests while educating customers on features and tools.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options to improve convenience.
• Assist customers with balance discrepancies, debit card issues, and referrals to internal partners for resolution.
• Maintain accuracy in transactions and follow bank policies, procedures, and security standards.
