Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Relationship Banking Representative to deliver a consistent, customer-focused banking experience across teller and desk duties. You will greet customers, guide in-branch journeys and educate clients on digital tools.

You will handle everyday banking transactions, open/close accounts, and coordinate with partners to resolve issues while upholding security and policy standards. Travel may be required within the region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience preferred.
• Ability to attend a 5-7 day initial training program with travel covered.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in lobby interactions.
• Assist with teller and platform transactions and balance cash drawers.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Refer customers to specialists for more complex financial needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with security policies.
