Qualifications

• Sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; tailor product benefits to clients.
• Strong problem-resolution with attention to detail.
• Ability to comply with risk, regulatory obligations; complete required training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6/63, state registrations; licenses via JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Preferred: College degree or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build lasting relationships, tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
