Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships through active listening and sharing product knowledge – collaborate with branch team.
• Handle branch operations tasks such as managing cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
