Job summary

JPMorganChase in Los Angeles is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver welcoming, knowledgeable service, cultivate strong client relationships, and help clients meet their financial needs using Chase’s latest banking solutions.

You will educate clients about the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, proactively manage assigned clients, tailor product recommendations, collaborate with specialists, and uphold banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a consultative approach.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Operate within risk tolerances and complete required training.
• Must be able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
