Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Assist with branch operations and cash devices, following bank policies and procedures.
