• Provide account servicing and maintenance, and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Assist branch operations and cash handling in compliance with bank policies.
