• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs as needed.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and basic vault/ATM responsibilities, per policy.
