Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and help clients navigate banking solutions. You will represent our brand with hospitality while leveraging mobile and online tools to meet client needs.

In this role you will open accounts, educate clients on Chase products, and collaborate with branch colleagues to ensure a seamless experience, delivering value in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships through active listening and collaboration with branch teammates to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
