Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, build trusted relationships, and introduce them to digital banking solutions. You'll greet customers, open accounts, and educate on Chase Mobile App and Chase.com while ensuring compliance with banking policies.

You'll work closely with branch teammates to deliver exceptional service, manage lobby flow, and support daily branch operations, including cash handling and transactional duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts, while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch teammates to help achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices such as the cash vault/ATM, following bank policies.
