• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank policies and procedures.
