You will support branch operations, participate in cash handling when needed, and collaborate with teammates to meet client needs in a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships through active listening and empathy, partnering with branch teammates.
• Assist branch operations and cash handling while adhering to bank procedures.
