Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and knowledge in a Chase Branch.

You will welcome clients, understand their financial needs, and provide thoughtful solutions using our banking tools and technology. You will educate clients on mobile and online banking, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with experts for more complex financial needs while adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• College degree or military equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and tailor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk‑in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
