Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships through empathy, listening, and product knowledge; collaborate with branch team.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling with adherence to policies.
