Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and to help clients achieve their financial goals. You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, open new accounts, and guide customers through online and mobile banking tools.

As part of the branch team, you will listen actively, ask questions, and share product knowledge to build trusted relationships while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage lobby flow, using a tablet to schedule meetings.
• Provide account servicing and open new accounts in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product solutions.
• Support branch operations, including cash handling in line with bank procedures.
