Qualifications

• Weekend/extended hours and travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools like Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management for clients.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training activities.
• Adhere to controls and risk policies; stay informed of changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
